SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	The Company evaluated events occurring after the date of the accompanying condensed balance sheets through the date the financial statements were issued and has identified the following subsequent events that it believes require disclosure. In November 2016, the Company issued 4,838 Series B Shares and 1,020,203 shares of its common stock in payment of accrued preferred dividends .

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued.
