COMMON STOCK

During the six months ended June 30, 2015, the Company issued 1,685,119 shares to investors for $105,000 in cash. As more fully described in Note 5, one investor also received options to purchase shares of the Company’s restricted common stock in connection with his investment in the Company.

During the six months ended June 30, 2014, the Company issued 500,000 shares to an investor for $25,000 in cash. During the six months ended June 30, 2014, the Company issued 147,919 shares of common stock valued at $8,496 to consultants for services.
