NOTE 10 - SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	The Company entered into settlement agreements with two defendants for which the Company had filed law suits for related to patent infringement. Pursuant to the terms of the settlement agreements, the Company will receive net proceeds of $42,625. The Company has evaluated events subsequent to period end pursuant to the requirements of ASC 855 through November 6, 2013 and has determined that there are no other subsequent events that should be disclosed.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
