This option, which originally vested over a three year period ending 11/1/2013, was fully accelerated as of the time of the Merger. This option was cancelled in the Merger in exchange for a cash payment equal to $13.00 less the exercise price of the option multiplied by the total number of shares underlying the option. Each restricted stock unit represents the right to receive, following vesting, one share of Versant Corporation common stock. The vesting of this restricted stock unit award was fully accelerated as of the effective time of the Merger.
