Other Events

 

On June 12, 2008, Sauer-Danfoss Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had adjourned the annual meeting of stockholders prior to taking a vote on any matters in the notice of the meeting.  The meeting will reconvene on July 10, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. Central European Time at the Sauer-Danfoss offices in Nørdborg, Denmark.  The Company does not expect to make any changes to the record date or the matters to be acted upon at the meeting.  The full text of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
