Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Subsequent Events In October 2011, the Company announced the decision to consolidate the InMoTx operations in Denmark into the Company's Pleasanton, California operations. The Company anticipates consolidation activities to take place through the second quarter of fiscal 2012, concluding in the beginning of the third quarter of fiscal 2012. On November 9, 2011, the stockholders of the Company approved the amendment of the 2005 Equity Incentive Plan which included an increase of shares of the Company's common stock authorized for issuance under such plan in an amount equal to 750,000 and 17,376 shares remaining issuable under the 2004 Director Stock Option Plan, which was terminated upon such approval.
