<div style="font-size:12pt"><p>NOTE 5. DISCONTINUED OPERATIONS <br />In June 2006, in line with our previously announced plan to focus resources on the development of our core businesses, we decided to sell Bangor Gas and Frontier Energy, Sempra Pipelines & Storage’s natural gas distribution companies located in Maine and North Carolina, respectively.
