Commitments and Contingencies	COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Commitments At the end of the first quarter of 2023, we had unconditional purchase obligations of approximately $782.5 million. These unconditional purchase obligations primarily represent open non-cancellable purchase orders for material purchases with our vendors and investments in our platform associated with our Connect and Scale strategy. Litigation From time to time, we are involved in litigation arising in the ordinary course of our business. There are no material legal proceedings, other than ordinary routine litigation incidental to the business, that we or any of our subsidiaries is a party, or that any of our or our subsidiaries’ property is subject.
