Advances from Related Party	Note 7: Advances from Related Party Commencing in the fourth quarter of the Fiscal year, Ms. Linda Giampietro, a related party of the Company advanced funds to the Company. Currently, Ms. Giampietro is owed $127,148 under these arrangements. All advances bear interest at a rate of 1% per month with a minimum commitment on each advance of thirty days.
