On April 23, 2024, Veru Inc. (the “Company”) received a notification letter from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) confirming that the Company regained compliance with the continued listing standards set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) (the “Listing Rule”). As previously disclosed on January 26, 2024, the Company had received written notice from Nasdaq that the Company was not in compliance with listing standards set forth in the Listing Rule because the average closing bid price of the Company’s common stock was less than $1.00 over 30 consecutive business days. This non-compliance has now been remedied and the Company is in compliance with Nasdaq listing standards.
