Schedule Of Tax Incentives

The net impact of these tax incentives was to lower income tax expense for the nine months endedSeptember 30,2017 and 2016 by approximately $7.3 million (approximately 0.15per diluted share) and $3.5 million (approximately $0.07 per diluted share), respectively, as follows:
