COMMON STOCK AND ADDITIONAL PAID-IN CAPITAL	NOTE 7 COMMON STOCK AND ADDITIONAL PAID-IN CAPITAL The Class A Non-Voting Common Stock, or Class A Stock, of Artesian Resources trades on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol ARTNA. The Class B Common Stock, or Class B Stock, of Artesian Resources trades on the Nasdaq's OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol ARTNB. The rights of the holders of the Class A Stock and the Class B Stock are identical, except with respect to voting. Under Artesian Resources' dividend reinvestment plan, which allows for reinvestment of cash dividends and optional cash payments, stockholders were issued approximately 11,000, 11,000 and 10,000 shares at fair market value for the investment of $388,000, $400,000, and $366,000 of their monies in the years 2020, 2019, and 2018, respectively.
