Item 8.01 Other Events

On October 31, 2019, Investview, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s was ranked Second in the UTAH 100 2019 Fastest Growing Companies in the MountainWest Capital Network Annual Awards.

In addition the Company reiterated that its proposed exchange offer has not yet commenced, and that stockholders will be notified when it is time to elect to tender their shares. The Company will communicate more details in the coming weeks
