Equity Method Investment	Note 5– Equity Method Investment The Company has a 50% interest in Crawford County Gas Gathering Company, LLC (“CCGGC”) which owns and operates pipelines and related gathering and treating facilities. The Company’s gas production located in Illinois is gathered and transported on CCGGC’s gathering facilities. The Company’s investment in CCGGC is accounted for under the equity method of accounting, and its share of the income or loss is recognized. During the six month period ended June 30, 2013 and 2012, the Company recorded equity method loss of approximately $79,000 and income of approximately $27,000, respectively, related to this investment.
