Compensation and Employee Benefit Plans [Text Block]	7. Employee Benefit Plan The Company maintains a qualified 401(k) retirement plan for eligible employees. The Plan’s matching formula is 100% of the first 5% of participants’ qualified compensation. Compensation expense related to our matching contributions to the Plan for the years ended December 31, 2022 and 2021, were $0.1 million and $0.1 million, respectively.
