Common Stock	Capital Stock The Company had 21,459,481 shares of Class A common stock and 23,420,517 shares of Class B common stock outstanding as of September 30, 2016. The Company had 21,698,594 shares of Class A common stock and 23,729,631 shares of Class B common stock outstanding as of December 31, 2015. During the nine months ended September 30, 2016, the Company repurchased and retired 975,877 shares of its Class A common stock in open market transactions at an aggregate purchase price of $25,525. During the nine months ended September 30, 2015, the Company repurchased and retired 765,875 shares of its Class A common stock in open market transactions at an aggregate purchase price of $19,921. All repurchases were made pursuant to stock repurchase programs approved by the Company's Board of Directors. Under the terms of the current stock repurchase program, the Company may repurchase up to an additional 24,123 shares of its Class A common stock. All other stock repurchases during the nine months ended September 30, 2016 and 2015 were redemptions of vested restricted shares tendered in lieu of cash for payment of income tax withholding amounts by participants in the Company's equity compensation plans.
