Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	Related Party Transactions During the nine months ended September 30, 2014, the Company repurchased an aggregate of 29,615 shares of its Class A common stock from two directors of the Company at a weighted average price of $25.01 per share. The repurchases were made in privately negotiated transactions pursuant to a stock repurchase program approved by the Company's Board of Directors in November 2013.
