Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	Related Party Transactions On May 2, 2014, the Company repurchased 20,000 shares of its Class A common stock from a director of the Company at a price of $24.77 per share. The repurchase was made in a privately negotiated transaction pursuant to a stock repurchase program approved by the Company's Board of Directors in November 2013.
