Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Subsequent events have been evaluated for potential recognition and disclosure through the date financial statements were filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. On July 25, 2013, the Company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend to common shareholders of $0.14 per share, to be paid on August 15, 2013 to shareholders of record as of August 5, 2013. No other events requiring recognition or disclosure were identified.
