Item 8.01. Other Events. 
 
On April 14, 2008, China INSOnline Corp., a Delaware corporation issued a Press Release announcing that it has commenced a corporate road show in the U.S. organized by Alan Stone & Company LLC. The Company will provide the Wall Street investment community with an overview of recent accomplishments and growth plans in a series of presentations in New York City, Florida and California from April 15, 2008 through April 25, 2008. A powerpoint presentation of the road show is available on the Company's website at www.soobao.cn. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto.
