Abandoned Interests	Abandoned Interests During 2012 and 2011, the number of limited partnership interests decreased by 173 and 65 units, respectively, due to limited partners abandoning their interests. In abandoning his or her partnership interests, a limited partner relinquishes all right, title and interest in the Partnership as of the date of the abandonment.
