Subsequent Events	Note 21. Subsequent Events In July 2013, the Company acquired the operations and assets of Cornell Homes, one of the Philadelphia market’s largest private homebuilders. This acquisition provides the Company with ongoing operations in the Tri-state area with 96 homes sold and available for delivery, 8 decorated models and 1,716 additional lots for future sale.
