Pension and Other Employee Benefits	(17) Pension and Other Employee Benefits The Company has certain defined benefit pension plans covering the employees of its Hitec-Imaging German subsidiary (formerly AEG). As of December 29, 2012 and September 29, 2012, the Company’s pension liability was $10.0 million and $9.7 million, respectively, which is primarily recorded as a component of long-term liabilities in the Consolidated Balance Sheets. As of December 29, 2012 and September 29, 2012, the pension plans held no assets. The Company’s net periodic benefit cost and components thereof were not material during the three months ended December 29, 2012 and December 24, 2011.
