ACQUISITIONS	On September 29, 2017, we completed the acquisition of Dallas Service Center, Inc., an independent truck repair facility, for a purchase price of approximately $8.0 million, net of cash acquired, which includes $0.8 million in contingent consideration to be paid to the seller provided certain conditions are met.
