Other Items Impacting Comparability [Text Block]	OTHER ITEMS IMPACTING COMPARABILITY Our primary measure of segment performance excludes certain items we do not believe are representative of the ongoing operations of the segment. We believe that excluding these items from our segment measure of performance allows for better comparison of results. During the third quarter of 2012, we incurred $0.4 million of transaction costs related to the acquisition of Euroway. During the second quarter of 2011, we incurred $1.7 million of transaction costs related to the acquisition of Hill Hire. These costs were primarily recorded within “Selling, general and administrative expenses” in our Consolidated Condensed Statements of Comprehensive Income.
