Acquisitions and Divestitures	Acquisitions and DivestituresTotal transaction costs related to acquisition and divestiture activities were $2 million and $19 million for the first quarter of fiscal 2023 and 2022, respectively. These transaction costs were expensed as incurred in general and administrative expenses (“G&A”) in the Consolidated Statements of Operations.

The entire disclosure for a business combination (or series of individually immaterial business combinations) completed during the period, including background, timing, and recognized assets and liabilities. The disclosure may include leverage buyout transactions (as applicable).
