Dividend	Note 12. Dividend In the first and second quarters of fiscal 2022, the Company declared and paid quarterly cash dividends of $0.22 per outstanding share of the Company’s common stock. The first quarter dividend was paid on December 15, 2021 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 1, 2021 and the second quarter dividend was paid on March 15, 2022 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 1, 2022. The dividend cash pay-outs were $2,811 and $2,776 for the first and second quarters of fiscal 2022, respectively. On April 28, 2022, the Company announced that the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per outstanding share of the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable June 15, 2022 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 1, 2022.
