Note 16.  Restricted Cash

In the first six months of fiscal 2016, the Company received advance payments of $16,069related to special projects. Of this amount, the Company is restricted from having access to $9,200 until such time as the Company delivers product to the customer. As the Company begins to fulfill the order, the restricted cash will become unrestricted on a pro-rata basis based upon the percentage fulfillment of the order.
