Dividend	Note 11. Dividend In the second quarter of fiscal 2015, the Company declared and paid a quarterly cash dividend. The dividend of $0.22 per outstanding share of the Company’s common stock was paid March 16, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 2, 2015. The dividend cash pay-out was $2,737 for the quarter based on the number of shares outstanding. On May 7, 2015, the Company announced that the Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per outstanding share of the Company’s common stock. The dividend is payable June 15, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 1, 2015.
