Concentration Risk Disclosure [Text Block]	MAJOR CUSTOMERS In September 2009, we announced that we had entered into a five-year single-source contract to provide medical transcription services to hospitals that are members of Health Management Associates (“HMA”) effective October 1, 2009. The agreement expanded our existing relationship with HMA to include the HMA hospitals which were using other transcription service providers. As of June 30, 2011, we have transitioned all of the existing HMA hospitals. In addition, pursuant to the terms of the agreement, any future hospitals acquired or managed by HMA will transition to us as soon as practicable. Revenue attributable to our contract with HMA comprised 14.0% and 18.0% of our total revenue for the three months ended June 30, 2011 and 2010, respectively, and 14.7% and 18.2% for the six months ended June 30, 2011 and 2010. The decrease in the percentages is due to our growth in non-HMA revenue, particularly from acquisitions. Our top 10 customers (a customer is an individual hospital) accounted for approximately 14.4 % of our transcription revenue for the three and six months ended June 30, 2011 and 16.4% of revenue for the three and six months ended June 30, 2010. These customers averaged $1.8 million of annualized revenue each in 2011 and $1.5 million in 2010. Our average annual revenue per customer was approximately $326,000 for the first six months of 2011 and $349,000 for the first six months of 2010.
