On September 15, 2009, China Green Agriculture, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter and year ended June 30, 2009. The Company provided its revenue, net income and earnings per share guidance for the fiscal year 2010. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
