Other Matters During the Current Quarter and Prior Year Quarter, the Company included in its selling, general and administrative expenses $3.9 million and $3.5 million respectively, of charges primarily related to professional fees associated with the continuing correspondence with the Staff of the SEC, the SEC investigation and the class action derivative litigations.
