⁽¹⁾           On March 23, 2021, the Company completed its previously announced sale of Lee Cooper China for net proceeds of $15.9             million. The Lee Cooper China Sale includes the sale of the Lee Cooper brand in the People’s Republic of China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau (refer to Note 3).
