Other Matters During the Current Quarter and the Prior Year Quarter, the Company included in its selling, general and administrative expenses approximately $3.2 million and $2.7 million, respectively, of charges related to professional fees associated with the continuing correspondence with the Staff of the SEC, the SEC and related SDNY investigations and the class action and derivative litigations. During the Current Six Months and the Prior Year Six Months, the Company included in its selling, general and administrative expenses approximately $6.0 million and $5.4 million, respectively, of charges related to professional fees associated with the continuing correspondence with the Staff of the SEC, the SEC and related SDNY investigations and the class action and derivative litigations.
