Other Matters During the Current Quarter and the Prior Year Quarter, the Company included in its selling, general and administrative expenses approximately $2.8 million and $2.7 million, respectively, of charges related to professional fees associated with the continuing correspondence with the Staff of the SEC, the SEC and related SDNY investigations and the class action and derivative litigations.
