Other Liabilities - Current	18. Other Liabilities – Current As of March 31, 2019, other current liabilities of $12.7 million relates to amounts due to certain joint ventures that are not consolidated with the Company as well as the current portion of the lease liabilities (refer to Note 17 for further details) as compared to $9.8 million as of December 31, 2018 which relates solely to amounts due to certain joint ventures that are not consolidated with the Company.
