Software Products included $6.1 million and $11.6 million, respectively; Services included $4.0 million and $6.3 million, respectively; sales and marketing expenses included $4.9 million and $11.7 million, respectively; and general and administrative expenses included $0.8 million and $1.6 million, respectively, of these restructuring charges.
