Note 13. Segment Information

The Company’s Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) is the CODM and allocates resources and assesses performance based upon consolidated Net loss that is included in the accompanying consolidated statements of operations. Accordingly, the Company operates as a single operating segment. The measure of segment assets is reflected as Total assets in the accompanying consolidated balance sheets. The Company’s revenue is derived from providing Primary Care Physicians (“PCP’s”) with relevant value-based tools to enable them to diagnose and treat their patients.
