Subsequent Events	Note 8. Subsequent Events The Company evaluated its September 30, 2017 interim financial statements for subsequent events and throughout August 22, 2018, the date the financial statements were issued. On August 6, 2018, the Company extended the maturity date of both its convertible notes outstanding to December 31, 2018. There were no other subsequent events that will affect the September 30, 2017 interim financial statements.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
