Related Party Transactions	Note 6. Related Party Transactions Due Related Parties: Amounts due to related parties consist of: (i) cash advances received from our controlling shareholder, which items totaled $69,243 at June 30, 2016 and $56,410 at December 31, 2015; and (ii) amounts due to an entity controlled by our former Chairman for SEC compliance services, which totaled $0 at June 30, 2016 and $1,500 at December 31, 2015, which are included in the accounts payable balance.
