Related Party Transactions Due Related Parties: Amounts due to related parties consist of: (i) cash advances received from our controlling shareholder, which items totaled $60,219 at March 31, 2016 and $56,410 at December 31, 2015; and (ii) amounts due to an entity controlled by our CEO and Chairman for SEC compliance services, which totaled $4,500 at March 31, 2016 and $1,500 at December 31, 2015.
