Income Taxes	Income Taxes. Our overall effective tax rate for the three months ended June 30, 2015 was 29.7%, compared to 26.9% for the three months ended June 30, 2014. For the six months ended June 30, 2015, our effective tax rate was 30.1%, compared to 27.1% for the six months ended June 30, 2014. The increase in the effective tax rate for both periods, when compared to the prior-year periods, was due primarily to the impact of certain tax benefits recognized during the second quarter of 2014.
