Income Taxes	7. Income Taxes: At July 3, 2011 and December 31, 2010, the Company had no reserves for unrecognized tax benefits on the balance sheet. There are currently no income tax examinations in progress. The federal income tax returns for 2008 through 2010 and the state of Massachusetts tax returns for 2007 through 2010 are open tax years. The Company’s policy is to include interest expense on underpayments of income taxes in our income tax provision whereas penalties are included in general and administrative expense.

7. Income Taxes:

At July 3, 2011 and December 31, 2010, the Company had no reserves for unrecognized tax benefits on the balance sheet.

There are currently no income tax examinations in progress. The federal income tax returns for 2008 through 2010 and the state of Massachusetts tax returns for 2007 through 2010 are open tax years.
