SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 4 – SUBSEQUENT EVENTS We have evaluated all events through the date of this filing and determined there are none to disclose other than the Company received total advances from related parties of $4,500 to fund operations. The advances are non-interest and due on demand.
