Subsequent Events [Text Block]	NOTE R — SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Subsequent to December 31, 2021, the Ukrainian-Russian conflict, sanctions imposed by the United States and other western democracies, and any expansion is likely to have unpredictable and wide-ranging effects on the domestic and global economy and financial markets, which could have an adverse effect on our business and results of operations. Already the conflict has caused market volatility, a sharp increase in certain commodity prices, such as wheat and oil, and an increasing number and frequency of cybersecurity threats. So far, we have experienced a decrease in international sales from Ukrainian and Russia, a direct impact from the conflict. We will continue to monitor the situation carefully and, if necessary, take action to protect our business, operations and financial condition.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
