At

December 31, 2017,

a reserve for slow moving Medical finished goods was established in the amount approximately

$220,000.

The

 reserve was provided due to the delay in commercialization of the intra-articular medical instrument.  There were

no

reserves against inventory as of

December 31, 2016.
