RELATED PARTY	NOTE – 10 RELATED PARTY A five percent shareholder of Milestone is also a shareholder of a major supplier of handpieces to Milestone. In addition, he is an investor in the PRC entity, Beijing 3H, which entered into a Medical Joint Venture agreement with Milestone. Milestone purchased $269,616 and $419,726 from the supplier for the three months ended March 31, 2012 and 2011, respectively. Milestone owed $956,663 and $1,167,077 to this supplier as of March 31, 2012 and 2011, respectively.
