STOCK ISSUANCE	NOTE – 9 STOCK ISSUANCE During the three months ended March 31, 2012, Milestone issued 107,143 shares of common stock in an offshore offering, at $1.40 per share and raised gross proceeds of $150,000. Milestone issued 8,824 shares of common stock valued at $4,500 to one party in connection with the consulting services provided on the sale of common stock. Additionally, 20,833 shares of common stock valued at $7,500 were issued for payment of employee compensation in the first quarter ending March 31, 2012.
