STOCK ISSUANCES	NOTE – 9 STOCK ISSUANCES During the three months ended March 31, 2013, Milestone issued 35,714 shares of common stock, at $1.40 per share and raised gross proceeds of $50,000. Additionally, there is a sixty day option to purchase 35,714 shares at $1.40 per share. Milestone issued 8,189 shares of common stock valued at $11,875 for payment of employee compensation in the first quarter ending March 31, 2013 and 174,517 shares valued at $230,000 were issued for payment of consulting services and reduction on the account payable balance.

NOTE – 9 STOCK ISSUANCES

During the three months ended March 31, 2013, Milestone issued 35,714 shares of common stock, at $1.40 per share and raised gross proceeds of $50,000. Additionally, there is a sixty day option to purchase 35,714 shares at $1.40 per share. Milestone issued 8,189 shares of common stock valued at $11,875 for payment of employee compensation in the first quarter ending March 31, 2013 and 174,517 shares valued at $230,000 were issued for payment of consulting services and reduction on the account payable balance.

- Definition
