Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 28, 2024, Stephen Douglass, Chief Technology Officer, notified Lattice Semiconductor Corporation (the “Company”) of his intent to retire from the Company effective June 3, 2024 (“Retirement Date”). Until the Retirement Date, Mr. Douglass will continue to serve in an advisory capacity to assist with the successful transition of responsibilities.
